FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS

RETURNS

We take pride and stand behind the products we sell. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your item free of charge for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of your purchase*. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and unwashed to be eligible for return

*Certain items are not eligible for return, such as lighters. Return ineligibility can be found on the the item's product page under the Shipping and Returns section.

International shipments of any type are not eligible for return.

When you click the “start a return” button below, follow the prompts to receive a FREE, printable, pre-paid USPS shipping label.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds are for merchandise values only (excludes original shipping costs) and the credit will be issued within 5-7 business days from the time we receive the product back from you. Pre–paid return labels are only valid for orders originally delivered in the USA.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size? Start the return process by selecting the "start a return button" and send the original item back for a credit. Then place a new order to purchase the replacement item.

In the event that you purchased an item that was on sale (and no longer is) and you would like an exchange, contact our customer care center and let us know. We'll be sure you get the original sale price on your replacement.

 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY​

     -  Your return request must be within 30 days of the original purchase date

     -  The original purchase must have been delivered in the USA

     -  Items must have been eligible for return as noted on the product page

     -  Merchandise must be unused, unworn and unwashed

RETURN CREDIT

     -  Allow 5-7 business days to process your return

     -  Refunds are for merchandise values only and excludes original shipping costs

     -  Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment 

     -  You will receive an email notification upon completion of the return

     -  Please allow a full billing cycle for credit to appear on your financial statement

INCORRECT, MISSING, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please notify customer care team within 14 days of receiving your order to report any issues.

 

DAMAGED PACKAGES

We carefully package all of our products to arrive on your doorstep safe and secure. If an item does arrive damaged, please notify us via our customer care team.

 

MISSING PACKAGES

Weed Responsibly™ is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. You assume all liability for packages verified delivered by the carrier with tracking information.

 

CARRIER RETURNED PACKAGES

Any packages returned to us marked as undeliverable will be processed for a refund, less any shipping charges incurred. We will not reship orders marked as undeliverable. Customers will need to process a new order with a corrected address.
